How do I register to become a Green Counter member?

It is simple to become a member. Click the Register link at the top of the page. Enter your email, password and upload a photo of your drivers licence or provincial ID to confirm you are 19+ years old. Your account will be created right away.

How does your reward points system work?

For every $1 that you spend, you will earn 1 point. For each product review you submit that is published, you will earn 30 points.
For every 15 points you accumulate, you will receive a $1 discount that can be used towards any future orders.

Which payment methods does Green Counter accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer payments only.

I’ve emailed payment for my order, now what?

E-transfer emails can take up to an hour to be delivered. After we process the payment and pack your order, if done by 3pm on a business day, your order will ship that same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This information will typically be updated by canada post within 24 hours.

How do I send an Interac E-transfer?

You must log in to your online banking and look for something like: “Send an Interac eTransfer”. Once there, you may enter your order’s total amount, and send the payment to: greencounter@protonmail.com

How is my order shipped?

Your order is packed in a cardboard box and vacuum sealed in plastic. It is discretely labelled and will have zero smell. We understand it is important to maintain our members privacy.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are sent via XpressPost. Delivery time is 2 days to major cities and 3+ days to rural areas. You can track it the day after it ships.

What is the shipping costs for my order?

Shipping cost is $15 per order. Orders over $150 include free shipping.

How can I contact Green Counter?

Our preferred contact method is email: greencounter@protonmail.com. Our “Contact” page will send us a direct email, or you can reply to your order confirmation email.

When will my order ship?

If we receive your order and E-transfer by 2pm PST, your order will ship that business day.
* Please note that it can take up to 1 hour to receive your E-transfer.

How can I add, edit or cancel my order?

Email us to modify your order. If you contact us before the shipping cutoff time, we will do our best to get the order out same day.

What are your working hours?

10am – 7pm Pacific Time

When do I submit payment for my order?

Right away is best, to avoid any delays. But if you send payment a day or 2 later, we will still have your order and will pack and ship as soon as possible.

My package didn’t arrive on the expected delivery date!

We ship orders right away, but delays from Canada Post are possible. If you do not receive your order 2 days after the expected delivery date, email us and we will file a trace with Canada Post.

Canada Post will complete an investigation in 3-5 business days. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s “unrecoverable”, we will send you 1 replacement package, free of charge.

The tracking number doesn’t work?

We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. Tracking information on their website will not show up for 6-24 hours. Check tomorrow and it should work.
